1. Sponsor

This giveaway is hosted by Rate My Cheer Gym, LLC ("Sponsor"), located at [your business address]. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Sephora, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, or any other third party.

2. Eligibility

· Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.

· Minors under 18 may participate with verified parental or legal guardian consent where permitted by law.

· Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Rate My Cheer Gym, LLC, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

· Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

· Start Date: March 1st, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST

· End Date: March 23rd, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST

· Winner Announcement: March 26th, 2025

4. How to Enter

· Visit RateMyCheer.com and leave an anonymous review of a cheer gym where you have cheered or had direct experience.

· Each eligible review counts as one (1) entry into the giveaway.

· Participants must include the phrase "Giveaway Entry" in their review for it to be valid.

· Reviews must comply with Rate My Cheer's Community Guidelines (no spam, offensive language, fake reviews, or conflicts of interest).

· Tagging a friend on the promotional post is optional and does not impact entry chances.

· No purchase necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

· One (1) winner will be randomly selected using a verifiable random selection process from all eligible entries.

· The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing.

· The winner must respond within three (3) business days to claim the prize.

· If the winner does not respond in time, or is found ineligible, a new winner will be selected.

· Minors: If the winner is under 18, they must have a parent or guardian confirm consent via email before the prize is issued.

6. Prize Details

· The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
